The National Olympic Committee of I.R.Iran (Iranian NOC) and the Ministry of Sports and Youth of I.R.Iran (Iranian NSA) in an official letter recognized Dr. Mohammad Ghasem Manouchehri, President of the Iranian Kickboxing Association (IKA), as the legal and official President of the Iran Kickboxing Association of the Federation of Martial Arts Associations and introduced him to the international governing bodies of kickboxing sports
Attention Dr. Mohammad Ghasem Manouchehri, as the President of the Asian Federation Kickboxing (AFK), started registering the kickboxing Sport in the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) in early 2004 and after 20 months of his effort and spending huge expenses, he finally succeeded in founding and registering the Kickboxing sport for the first time in the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA).
All these honors were achieved by him for the world kickboxing community during 2004 and 2005, while no other continental or international kickboxing Federations/Associations had been registered and recognized in the Olympic Movement by GAISF/SportAccord or the Olympic Council of Asia until that moment.
.کمیته ملی المپیک ج.ا. ایران ( اٍن او سی) و وزارت ورزش و جوانان ج.ا. ایران ( اٍن اٍس اٍی) طی نامه ای رسمی دکتر محمد قاسم منوچهری رئیس انجمن کیک بوکسینگ ایران ( ایکا) به عنوان رئیس قانونی و رسمی انجمن کیک بوکسینگ فدراسیون انجمن های ورزش های رزمی شناسایی و به نهادهای بین المللی معرفی کردند
نکته مهم، دکتر محمد قاسم منوچهری به عنوان رئیس فدراسیون آسیایی کیک بوکسینگ (اٍی اٍف کٍی ) از اوایل سال 2004 اقدام به ثبت ورزش کیک بوکسینگ در شورای المپیک آسیا ( او سی اٍی) نمود و پس از 20 ما تلاش و کوشش و صرف هزینه های هنگفت سرانجام موفق به بنیان گذاری و ثبت ورزش کیک بوکسینگ برای نخستین بار در شورای المپیک آسیا گردید. تمامی این افتخارات طی سالهای 2004 و 2005 توسط وی برای جامعه جهانی کیک بوکسینگ صورت پذیرفته بود در حالیکه هیچ فدراسیون قاره ای و یا بین المللی دیگری در کیک بوکسینگ در جنبش المپیک توسط گایسف / اسپرت اکورد یا شورای المپیک آسیا تا آن لحظه ثبت و رسمیت پیدا نکرده بود.
